Viessmann's 2026 "Harvest the Savings" Discount Promotion Terms and Conditions
This document outlines the terms and conditions (“Terms”) governing your participation in Viessmann’s 2026 “Harvest the Savings” Discount Promotion (“the Promotion”) offered by Viessmann Manufacturing Company, Inc. (“Viessmann”) in the United States. Void where prohibited by law. By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Discount reimbursement application form (which can be found here).
Eligibility
The Promotion is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States, and are at least the ages of 18 years of age or older at the time of participation in the Promotion, who are mechanical or Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning (“HVAC”) wholesalers enrolled in either the Residential Wholesaler Partner Growth Program or Wholesaler Partner Growth Program during the Term of the Promotion, and whose primary business is the sale of HVAC equipment, which must include hydronic boilers. An entity meeting all these prequalification requirements is an “Eligible Participant”.
Eligible Participants during the Term (see section “Term”) of the Promotion will receive a discount (as detailed below in section “Discount Amount and Format”) for each of the following eligible products: Vitodens 100-W B1HE / B1KE, Vitodens 200-W B2HE , Vitodens 200-W B2HA, and Vitocrossal 300 CU3A boilers or the Vitocal 100-AW AM2V (020028, 034043, and 051078) Indoor Unit and Outdoor Unit or Vitocell 300 EVIB/EVBB tanks ( the “Eligible Product”) completely and successfully redeemed (see section “Discount Reimbursement”) during the Term, subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Term
Eligible Product sold between 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time, August 10, 2026, and 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time, October 9, 2026, will be eligible for discount under this Promotion as noted above in sections titled “Eligibility” and “Discount Amount”.
Submissions for Eligible Product sold during this time may have a Discount reimbursement application form submitted until 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time October 23, 2026. Discount applications made on or after 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time, October 24, 2026, will be invalid for discount reimbursement and will not be accepted for any reason.
All dates and times of the Term shall be according to the Date and Time record keeping of Viessmann used to determine eligibility in its sole and absolute discretion. Participation in the Promotion constitutes the absolute and unconditional acceptance of this provision by an Eligible Participant.
Discount Reimbursement
To redeem an Eligible Product for a Discount Amount reimbursement during the Term:
An Eligible Participant must sell an Eligible Product within the noted Promotion Term;
Eligible Participant, within the redemption Term, must navigate to the "Harvest the Savings" Promotional Redemption Page, or scan the QR code located on the final page of these Terms and Conditions and enter in all required information fields / submit all required documentation.
Eligible Participant must provide:
a. Eligible Participant contact information as required by the submission form, including, but not limited to, the Eligible Participant’s Name, Distributor/Wholesale Company, Address, and Email Address which is required to receive the discount reimbursement (see below section titled “Discount Amount and Format”);
b. Eligible Participant must upload a Invoice to Customer Document (i.e. - invoice) showing at a minimum:
i. Quantity, Model Number, and sixteen (16) digit Viessmann serial number for each Eligible Product being submitted for discount reimbursement;
ii. Date of Sale to Eligible Participant’s customer dated between August 10, 2026, and October 9, 2026
Only Eligible Products with qualifying Invoice to Customer Document submitted during the Term of this promotion will be eligible for a discount reimbursement.
Viessmann expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability whatsoever for delays or errors or lack of processing due to incorrect Eligible Participant information, incorrectInvoice to Customer Document transmission, or inaccurate Invoice to Customer Document information. Viessmann is not responsible for any delay in discount reimbursement, or invalidated requests for discount reimbursement because of impartial, incomplete, inaccurate, unclear, erroneous information supplied to Viessmann in conjunction with any discount reimbursement request.
Viessmann reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to reject any discount reimbursement request, in whole or in part, that is incomplete, inaccurate, impartial, unclear, that Viessmann has reason to believe may be fraudulent, or submitted after the specified timeline stated in section “Term”.
Discount Amount and Format
The following discount will be reimbursed, expressed in USD, in accordance with these Terms, for each Eligible Product bearing a unique serial number submitted upon a valid and accurate Discount reimbursement application form during the Promotion Term:

The format of the Discount Amount above will be an account credit that will be delivered to the Eligible Participant’s business partner account supplied to Viessmann as noted in section Discount Redemption above.
Only Eligible Product (subject to all other Terms herein) shall qualify for a discount reimbursement under this Promotion and in no instance will Eligible Products listed in one tier of discount reimbursement be awarded a higher discount reimbursement amount.
Discount reimbursement amounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation whatsoever.
Viessmann reserves the right to modify any provision of the Promotion (including but not limited to the Term of the Promotion) or cancel the Promotion at any time, including prior to the full conclusion of the Term, with or without notice, due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond its control, or for, in its sole and absolute discretion and authority, for business considerations it deems appropriate and valid. See section “Limitations and Restrictions” for additional information.
Discount Reimbursement Approval and Disbursement
Subject to the provisions detailed in sections “Eligibility” and “Discount Amount and Format”, Viessmann will review and evaluate all submissions for discount redemption compliance with the Terms of this Promotion.
Approved submissions for discount reimbursement will be processed for disbursement within a reasonable time frame, but no less than monthly during the Term of the Promotion.
Viessmann reserves the right to deny or revoke any reimbursement if it determines in its sole and absolute discretion that the participant has violated these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent activity, activity intended to interfere with the administration of this Promotion, or activity intended to misrepresent any submitted, or requested, information to or by Viessmann, respectively.
Limitations and Restrictions
Only one Discount Reimbursement per Eligible Product sold during the Promotion Term is allowed. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount on offer to the Eligible Participant unless expressly stated by Viessmann. Eligible Product and therefore discount disbursements are subject to availability and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis until the allocated funds are exhausted or the Promotion Term expires, whichever occurs first. Viessmann is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected Discount Reimbursement Applications.
In the United States, this promotion may be combined with Viessmann’s Volume Discount Program.
PROMOTION VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
Privacy Policy
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to Viessmann’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in Viessmann’s Privacy Policy. Personal information submitted in accordance with this Promotion will be used exclusively for the purpose of administering the Promotion, evaluating Discount Reimbursement applications, communicating with you regarding the Promotion and delivering the discount in the format noted above in section titled “Discount Amount and Format”.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viessmann shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Promotion or the receipt, use, or misuse of any information submitted by you in accordance with these Terms, or the receipt, use, or misuse of any discount. Viessmann does not guarantee the availability, quantity, or performance of any Eligible Boiler, or other goods and/or services associated directly, or indirectly, with the Promotion.
Viessmann limits the number of potential Discount reimbursements per individual Eligible Product to a total of one (1), in accordance with these Terms. Under no circumstances will Viessmann issue a Discount reimbursement on an individual Eligible Product (verified by serial number) that has already had a Discount reimbursement issued in accordance with the Terms of this Promotion. Viessmann is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages as a result of the fraudulent or unlawful actions of third parties in connection with this Promotion, including, but not limited to liability to pay any Discount reimbursements an Eligible Participant may qualify for but that Viessmann has previously issued a Discount reimbursement for, acting in good faith, as a result of a third party’s misrepresentation, fraud, or other unlawful actions with regard to this Promotion.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal and State courts of Rhode Island. Eligible Participant(s), by participating in the Promotion, hereby waive any objections (including for hardship) with regards to the venue or body of law that shall govern in the event of a dispute arising out of, or in connection with, these Terms except where such waiver may be prohibited by law. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT AND VIESSMANN HEREBY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY FOR ANY CLAIM, SUIT, OR ANY LEGAL ACTION AS A RESULT OF, OR PURSUANT TO THE SUBJECT MATTER TO, THIS PROMOTION.
PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
Modifications
Viessmann reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice, by posting the updated Terms on its website or through other means of communication it deems sufficient. Your participation in the Promotion after the posting of the updated Terms, if any, constitutes your unequivocal and absolute acceptance of the modified Terms.
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
