2023 “Dash FOR CASH” Contractor Rebate Promotion Terms and Conditions
This document outlines the terms and conditions (“Terms”) governing your participation in the 2023 “Dash for Cash” Contractor Rebate Promotion (“the Promotion”) offered by Viessmann Manufacturing Co., (U.S.) Inc. (“Viessmann”). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully.
Eligibility
The Promotion is open to mechanical contracting businesses who are legal commercial entities in the United States (“USA”) except as noted below, with participants who are at least the ages of 18 years of age or older at the time of participation in the Promotion, and that are mechanical or Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning (“HVAC”) contracting businesses whose primary business is the installation of HVAC equipment (“Eligible Participant”).
Eligible Participants during the Term (see section “Term”) of the promotion (subject to all Terms and restrictions herein) will receive a rebate for each Vitodens 100 B1HE/B1KE or Vitocrossal 300 CU3A boiler purchased during the Promotion Term, subject to compliance with these Terms. The exact value per Eligible Boiler purchased during the Term that will receive a rebate disbursement is detailed in section “Rebate Amount”.
2023 “Dash For Cash” Contractor Rebate Promotion is not available in the states of Maryland and New Jersey, and boilers purchased in the states of Maryland and New Jersey are ineligible for this Promotion.
Term
Eligible Boilers purchased between 12:00:00 AM June 5, 2023 and 11:59:59 December 15, 2023 will be eligible for rebate under this Promotion as noted above in section Eligibility.
Wholesaler reports (see below) for Eligible Boilers intended for rebate disbursement may be submitted until 11:59:59 December 15, 2023. Wholesaler reports made on or after 12:00 AM December 16, 2023 will be ineligible for rebate disbursement.
Rebate Eligibility:
To be eligible to receive a rebate:
- An Eligible Participant must purchase an Eligible Boiler within the Promotion Term from a participating wholesaler.
- Wholesaler will submit a report to Viessmann by the 15th (or the first business day thereafter if the 15th falls upon a weekend or holiday that is recognized or observed Federally, by banks, or by Viessmann) of each month detailing the prior month’s sales of Eligible Boilers. Report to include at a minimum
a. Model and serial number for reach Eligible Boiler being submitted for rebate disbursement;
b. Proof of Sale by wholesaler to Eligible Participant (contractor) / Proof of Purchase by Eligible Participant (contractor) for each Eligible Boiler being submitted for rebate disbursement. Proof of Purchase / Proof of Sale is defined as a document that details an Eligible Boiler purchased by wholesaler from Viessmann, and/or sold to Eligible Participant (contractor) by wholesaler during them;
c. Eligible Participant’s (contractor) mailing address (required to issue rebate) - mailing address must include the following:
i. Eligible Participant (contractor) name
ii. Street number and address
iii. Suite number / secondary street address if applicable
iV. City/Town
V. Zip code
Mailing address above may be submitted once per Eligible Participant (contractor) on each monthly report for all Eligible Boilers being submitted for rebate disbursement on that monthly report.
If possible, wholesaler should submit the wholesaler report in the form of a spreadsheet.
All required information above must be provided, including any supplemental or clarifying information requested by Viessmann to facilitate the rebate payment process.
Wholesaler reports received after the 15th (or first business day after aforementioned observed holidays, where applicable) may be processed in the following month’s rebate disbursement cycle.
- Wholesaler reports should be submitted to the wholesaler's Viessmann Regional Sales Manager. To avoid delays in rebate processing, only send wholesaler reports where specified above. Viessmann expressly disclaims any responsibility for delays or errors or lack of processing due to incorrect report transmission, or inaccurate report information.
- Viessmann reserves the sole and absolute right to reject any wholesaler report, in whole or in part, that is incomplete, inaccurate, that Viessmann has reason to believe may be fraudulent, or submitted after the specified timeline stated in section “Term”.
Rebate Amount
The following rebate will be awarded, in accordance with these Terms, for each Eligible Boiler bearing a unique serial number submitted upon a valid and accurate wholesaler report during the Term of the Promotion:

- Vitodens 100 B1KE 120 $250.00
- Vitodens 100 B1KE 199 $350.00
- Vitocrossal 300 CU3A 94/125/160/199 $375.00
Only Eligible Boilers (subject to all other Terms herein) qualify for a rebate under this Promotion and in no instance will boilers listed in one tier of rebate be awarded a higher rebate amount.
Rebate Amounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any cash or any other form of compensation whatsoever.
Viessmann reserves the right to modify or cancel the Term or Rebate Amount and/or the Promotion at any time, including prior to the full conclusion of the Term, with or without notice, due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond its control, or for, in its sole and absolute discretion and authority, for business considerations it deems appropriate and valid.

Rebate Approval and Disbursement
Subject to the provisions detailed in section “Rebate Eligibility”, Viessmann will review and evaluate all wholesaler reports for compliance with the Terms of this Promotion.
Approved wholesaler reports will be processed for disbursement within a reasonable time frame, but no less than monthly during the Term of the Promotion. Viessmann will make best efforts to issue rebate disbursements by the last business day of any month in which a valid and accurate wholesaler report is received by Viessmann on or before the required date specified in Rebate Eligibility.
The company reserves the right to deny or revoke any rebate if it determines in its sole and absolute discretion that the participant has violated these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent activity, activity intended to interfere with the administration of this Promotion, or activity intended to misrepresent any submitted, or requested, information to or by Viessmann, respectively.
Payment of disbursements will be in the form of a check issued to the Eligible Participant’s Company Name provided in the wholesaler report.
Limitations and Restrictions
Promotion not available in Maryland and New Jersey.
Only one Rebate Amount disbursement per Eligible Boiler purchased is allowed. Rebates cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount on offer to the Eligible Participant unless expressly stated by Viessmann. Eligible Boilers and therefore rebate disbursement of Rebate Amount subject to availability and rebate disbursements are provided on a first-come, first-served basis until the allocated funds are exhausted or the Promotion Term expires, whichever occurs first. Viessmann is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected wholesaler reports. REBATES ARE VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
Privacy Policy
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to Viessmann’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in Viessmann’s Privacy Policy. Personal information submitted in accordance with this Promotion will be used exclusively for the purpose of administering the Promotion, evaluating wholesaler reports, and communicating with you regarding the Promotion.
Limitation of LIability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viessmann shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Promotion or the receipt, use, or misuse of any information submitted by you in accordance with these Terms, or the receipt, use, or misuse of any rebate. Viessmann does not guarantee the availability, quantity, or performance of any Eligible Boiler, or other goods and/or services associated directly, or indirectly, with the Promotion.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rhode Island. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal and State courts of Rhode Island. Eligible Participant(s), by participating in the Promotion, hereby waive any objections (including for hardship) with regards to the venue or body of law that shall govern in the event of a dispute arising out of, or in connection with, these Terms. BOTH VIESSMANN AND ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT WAIVE TRIAL BY JURY WITH RESPECT TO ANY SUIT, CLAIM, OR ACTION ARISING OUT OF, OR CONCERNING, THIS PROMOTION.
Modifications
Viessmann reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice, by posting the updated Terms on its website or through other means of communication it deems sufficient. Your participation in the Promotion after the posting of the updated Terms, if any, constitutes your unequivocal and absolute acceptance of the modified Terms.
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
