How to Activate the Full Version of ESOP NA 4.0

After you install ESOP NA 4.0 on your computer, the program will initially run in "demo" mode. This allows you to review the program prior to purchasing. To enable all the features of ESOP NA 4.0, you will need to purchase a license serial number from Viessmann.

Once you have received the serial number, follow the instructions below to activate your copy of the software.

1. Start the program and click on the Registration menu.





2. In the Registration window, click the "Change Registration" button.





3. A Welcome window will then open. Click the "Continue" button to proceed.





4. Enter the license serial number that you received from Viessmann into the "Serial Number" field. The serial number should be 38-digits long (dashes included), and it will look something like this: 30138-012P-250-CHWD-1-EHB8-PH-CEPR-AGU. Note: The serial number needs to be entered exactly as it appears, including the dashes, and without any spaces.



You don't need to enter anything in the "Programme ID" field – it will be filled in automatically after you enter the serial number.



5. Once the serial number is entered correctly, more options will appear. Click the "Online" button to request an activation key code via the Internet.





6. A web browser will then open and you will be taken to an online form. Enter your name and email address in this form to request a key code. (Note: the serial number and program ID will be pre-filled in automatically.) Then click the send button. After doing so, you will receive a key code via email.





7. Once you have received the key code, enter it in the "Key Code" field in the ESOP Registration window and click the OK button.





8. The program will then notify you that it has been activated. Your copy of ESOP NA 4.0 should now be fully functional.
